Refund policy

1. Purpose

The purpose of this refund policy of vindetector.com is to define the conditions under which customers may obtain a refund of their payments. It applies to all the services offered on the site, namely:

• the 2-day trial period at the price of 49.99€ ;
• the renewable monthly subscription at the price of 49.99€ per 30-day period.

2. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the date of subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason.

This right of withdrawal applies to all payments made, including trial period fees and subscription instalments.

3. Refund eligibility

A refund may be granted in the following cases:

• Trial period (49.99€ ): refundable upon request made within 14 days following the payment.
• Monthly subscription (49.99€ ): each instalment is refundable upon request made within 14 days following the debit date of the instalment concerned.
• Beyond 14 days: no refund may be granted for a payment whose execution date dates back more than 14 days.

4. Refund request process

To make a refund request, the customer must follow these steps:

• Contact customer service via the contact form available on vindetector.com, specifying the purpose of the request.
• Customer service will acknowledge receipt of the request and may, where applicable, request additional information (e-mail address associated with the account, date of the payment concerned).
• Once the request has been validated, the refund will be processed under the conditions described below.

5. Refund timeframe

Once the refund request has been approved, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 working days.

6. Refund method

The refund will be made via the same means of payment as that used during the initial transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees to another refund method.

7. Subscription cancellation

The customer may cancel their subscription at any time from their personal area or by contacting customer service. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period already paid. No further debit will be made after the cancellation.

8. Modification of the policy

vindetector.com reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any modification will be published on the site and will come into force as from its publication date. Refund requests in progress will be processed according to the policy applicable on the date of the payment concerned.
